We truly hope you love every product you receive from us. But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry—we’ll sort it.

Changed Your Mind?

No problem at all. You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • It’s unused, unopened, and in perfect condition

  • It’s still in its original packaging

  • You have your proof of purchase

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund promptly.

A Quick Note

For hygiene and safety reasons (and to keep everything up to our standards), we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift vouchers

  • Sale items

Refunds

If your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for it to appear

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake—then of course, that’s on us)

Something Not Right?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, we’ll make it right.

Just email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A quick photo of the issue

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund—no fuss.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but if something isn’t right, we’ll happily:

Replace faulty or incorrect items;

Or guide you through a return so you can reorder with ease

Returning Your Item

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we always recommend using a tracked service, just to be safe.
